How It Works
- Send us pictures and an accurate description of your flooring... square footage, color, any lines, damage, and anything the next owner might want to know.
- Let us know your timeframe and the price you’re asking.
- If you want to replace your floor, tell us what you're looking for.
- We will add your inventory to our website and field inquiries. Our quote to buyers includes your price, freight, and our commission.
- If buyers makes a counter offer, we forward that to you.
- We need you to palletize and strap the tile to pallets. We make all the shipping arrangements and send the freight company to pick up the tile.
- We remit payment to you (bank wire, PayPal, Venmo, Credit Card, check, etc.).
- Typically - price and timing have the greatest impact on selling.
