PickleBall
Pickleball presents an interesting challenge with sports tile surfaces because the surface is plastic and the ball is plastic. In other backyard paddle sports, the ball is typically a low pressure tennis ball that can be hit full force, but not travel as far. With plastic pickleball balls, players frequently complain that sports tile courts have dead spots all around the court. There are new rubber-infused tile products available that combat this issue.

SPECIAL: Used Tile For Use As a Synthetic Turf Underlayment
We've had multiple requests from synthetic turf installers looking for used sports tile to place as a stabilizing drainage layer beneath their synthetic grass jobs. So we acquired several large lots of tile, from 6000-12000sf, and they're available at a substantial discount. Not pretty enough for court use but functional and with lots of life left. Please tell us about your project and see if we have what you need. THIS TILE IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR BACKYARD COURT PROJECTS.

A Note About Buying Used Floors
Used floors are as-is & without warranties, implied or otherwise. We make every effort to represent used floors & courts as accurately as possible, however we rely on seller descriptions and provided photographs. If you have doubts about the condition of a used floor, please request more information. Freight costs are difficult to recover when reselling your used floor. Sizes are as accurate as possible but in some cases represent the size of the concrete pad instead of the tile surface. Tile will expand and contract.
Floors are considered available until purchased (when we receive your payment).

Used Floor Buying Tips
Identify your budget. Buyers always say that their budget is "as little as possible", but that’s not a dollar amount and identifying an upper limit price will help narrow down possible inventories. It sounds simple, but If you don’t identify a budget, how will you know when you’ve met it?
The size of your floor has a big impact on the price. Floors that are 8000sf and larger cost less per square foot than smaller inventories, and for a couple of reasons. Fewer buyers drive prices down... and freight costs - on a per square foot basis - are less expensive for larger shipments.
The floor’s appearance is important and there’s a significant price difference between an eye-catching floor that needs to impress new visitors and a practice floor that provides safety and performance but's not as nice looking. Color's a preference and lines can be added, but existing lines might be impossible to remove.
Price is where everything comes together and it’s important to keep the dialogue open. If you’ve found a floor that’s the right size, etc., but the price is too high - communicate. Counter-offers are good and a seller's firm price may soften as storage costs mount & situations change.
