Here are answers to some of the most frequent questions:

How does it work if I see something I want to purchase?:  If you've been given a price including delivery, and you're ready to place an order, send us an email or call our office.  We can process your order over the phone.
What methods of payment do you accept?  For small purchases, payment can be through PayPal, by mailing a check, or we can process a credit card over the phone. Larger purchase can be paid by check, or wire transfer.
Do you offer Financing?  We've recently established a relationship with a leasing company that lends money for the purchase of floors and equipment from us.  We also have been working with PayPal and our customers can take advantage of their extended payment options.  Both companies recognize the value of our surface products and make the process as easy as a single page application.
Can I put a floor on hold?  If you're positive you're going to purchase the floor and just need a week or two for final arrangements, yes you can place a non-refundable deposit on a floor, and we will remove it from the available floor lists.  This is a non-refundable deposit though and you should only do so if you're absolutely sure you're going to purchase the floor.  It's not usual for customers to change their mind, even after requesting an invoice.  For this reason, a floor in the warehouse is available until it's been paid for.
I told you I was going to buy a floor, but now it's no longer available.  What do I do?  With new flooring and equipment, it's easy to make plans.  You can have your eye on a product, and know with confidence that it will be available when you are.  Used products are not the same and there are several forces at work in used inventory management.  The buying process involves several steps, including invoicing, and payment.  Telling us you want to buy something is great.  But it's not unusual for circumstances that delay purchase, and with used inventory timing is important.  For that reason, a floor is technically FOR SALE until you receive confirmation that payment has been received (which means funds clearing).
Do your floors come with a warranty?  Used floors are sold as-is and without warranties.  We make every effort to represent used floors as accurately as possible, however we rely heavily on seller’s descriptions and provided photographs.  If you have doubts or are unsure of the condition of a used floor, please request more information.  With used floors particularly, freight costs represent a considerable portion of the total floor price, and are difficult to recover – even in reselling your used floor.
New flooring is sold with a standard 30-day warranty against manufacturer's defects.  This allows you to inspect the tile, confirm it is as we represented, and in most cases complete your installation.  Optional prorated warranties are available and can be purchased separately. Ask for additional warranty information and pricing.
How are returns handled?  Items to be returned must be properly packaged for safe transit.  This typically means repackaged the way you received them.  Palletized, banded or strapped, and labeled.  All returns must receive a Return Authorization from Court Tile Discounters.  This is a separate form with a unique Return Authorization Number (RAN).  New items to be returned must apply for a RAN within 30-days of purchase. Returns are not an option for used items.  Items to be returned may have to be stored by you while freight and warehouse arrangements are made.  You are responsible for the safe storage of any item to be returned.
Can your company help with construction or installation?  In many markets we can arrange for an experienced crew to perform some or all of the required work, from placing a concrete slab and assembling sports tile, to indoor underlayment and floor installation.  Most of the work required is surprising easy and in many cases, customers forgo help and complete the jobs themselves.  Installation and construction services when arranged, are usually thru subcontract agreements and not by employees of Court Tile Discounters.
